I love ez rental but there new folks with best way are sometging serious I dont think they'll be here long much love and respect to the ez rental workers trying to do it best ways way even though it suxs and y'all know it

Received the brand new furniture already damaged. Movers scratched the hardwood floor while putting furniture in the house. Left threatening notes on my door while I was at work and when I called to talk to the manager about the situation she was rude about everything. We had an agreement for future payments and she did not follow through with that.

It was great doing business with them. Dave was very understanding about my situation and helped me until I got back on track with my payments. If I didn't move from Columbus, I would do business with them again.

Absolutely horrible company! They have ran my card without my authorization on numerous occasions. They also set my card on automatic payment without my authorization. I called and asked him who told him to do it he says he don’t know. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Save yourself a headache!

There stuff is cheap and the customer services needs some work. Go somewhere else and get a better deal.

I don't know how they have 4 stars, but it's evident that these ratings aren't from customers but family members and friends. These people are rude, unprofessional and condescending! If I am going to spend my money, I want to pay for quality customer service not lack of knowledge of their products and horrible attitudes.
