I would recommend Rent a Center, Or Arron's Over these guys any day, Management gets upset if you return anything to then even though its in the agreement, Also Management aka won and the district manager are extremely rude. My wife who rented from them before she married me had no issues but as soon as she got my last name they blacklist her for no reason. Won is a rude jerk. and the district manger is a clown. Avoid them at all cost.

I been renting from Easy Rent since 2010. I stated out with nothing now I have a house full of items all from them brought and paid for. I would recommend Easy Rent to family and friends. These employees are the best and same day delivery. This has always been my go to plce. My friend has been paying for this faux leather for 18 months never missed a payment, his mom had a heart attack, he went to hospital , they came to pick up his stuff, he's paid more then what's owed , furniture is peeling ,foundation is broke been broke for months they refuse to fix it , attaching photos, problem is how do u get intouch with corporate ! The people who owns this business can't know that they are selling por quality products ,an still trying to pick this crap up after more then half of the contract, it's sad a business would pray on the poor like this , don't buy from them ,please

Well we end up going to Ez Rent. I love their furniture,and washer, dryers couch set. Our experience with them is so far good 😊 👍 the service was great,and we got what we wanted same day ,and delivered quick 😃

This place is awesome!! They have the prettiest stuff, the most durable stuff and it’s just affordable and amazing!! I only wish they had online payments.. it’s so Frustrating to have drive up there or do an over the phone call in payment.. hopefully they update that In the near future!! Overall tho, very good. I always tell ppl to check them out! 1000% better then Aaron’s and wayyyy more affordable too!!

Called to check ETA on a product. Should have been an easy conversation. Yet I couldn’t even get the full question out before being interrupted over and over. Then as I asked to stop being interrupted it went right to “do you just want us to come get the other furniture “ as they had delivered that just a few days ago. WTH where did this manager get his training? This escalated very quickly. No I’d simply just like to know when my other things will come. Not sure how this experience will play out but it’s not started out Good from my point of view. Will definitely have to let my husband continue any further contact with them. As I can not and will not tolerate being spoken over. The lack of customer service and Manager Training seems to be lacking.

Great customer service they work with you when you need it and fix any problem you may have. They also have a large selection of furniture to order brand new for your home.

Went in to get a bed for my girls and after filling out the application he told me that it woyld be the next day before he had an answer. Understandable. The next day went back and said we were denied and he couldn't tell me why or anything else. I called Wichita for the district manager and was assured ge would get in touch with me the next morning. 2 weeks later I still haven't heard back. You would think if they wanted the sale they would be on top of things. Have good credit with reliable references and 2 steady incomes. Shouldn't even consider this place but my kids fell in love with the bed. Broken hearted kids equal low stars... Guess if I didn't pay my bills I could go get whatever I wanted. Messed up system.

Once my daughters bedroom set finally made it in, (I purchased during a high demand time)they came out ASAP and set it up for me. They are very understanding of your payments and are willing to work with you. They ended up being the most affordable furniture place in town. I'll definitely be buying my bedroom set and new appliances from them!

BEWARE : They don't deserve any stars, i had to put a star to write this, they lie to get ur business, i was told they would call after my app, and when they put my bed set together they would call me, i was quoted 1400 for my bed set. I never signed a contract of full price, 6 months later I was told the total purchase was 2800 for my set, they delivered set and damaged it as well as we put knobs on the dressers for them after 14yr old being showed to do so, still have no contract never seen bed set, set up before delivery. Bad business to go to and get amy purchase, they double the cost of ur product, BEWARE
