I'm really happy with this location! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and communicated with me every step of the process. I absolutely love my bedroom set. This is definitely the place to go. I had previously used Buddy's, but after the Springdale location closed, I decided to give Castle a try—and I'm glad I did. I really appreciate that if an item isn't available in the store, they'll search other locations or have it shipped in for you. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This is one of those rare businesses that actually care about "every" customer no matter how much they spent. I bought something off of Buya, under $50 and they treated me like I spent thousands. I needed a washer and dryer quickly and Castle Rental got me one the same day I applied for them. The delivery person was friendly and set up everything and took my old ones away. All in all everyone was very helpful.

I AM SO SO FLIPPIN IMPRESSED with this store, and the guys who work there. Specifically Jordan, who has been my guy working for me on my purchase/rental/lease. I had a VERY minor hardware issue with some electronics I got from them, and they happily invited me to bring it in so they could try and fix the issue, AND gave me a LOANER TO USE WHILE THY WORKED ON MINE… furthermore, they said that worst case scenario, if they’re unable to fix the issue, they’re happy to replace my unit with a new one. Incredible service, incredible value, just an overall INSANELY GOOD EXPERIENCE. 10/10 would recommend working with these guys if you are looking towards rent or lease to own.
