DO NOT take your Amazon returns here. They have no clue what they're doing. I've dropped off here for my last 2 returns now. The first time, I stood there for 20+ minutes while the employee stood on the phone with Amazon customer service to figure out which bar code to scan. Second time the return never registered through Amazon and I never got my refund. Called rent-a-center they told me it wasn't their problem and to call Amazon customer service, then didn't even have a phone number to give me to do so. I told the employee on the phone that if they didn't know how to do the returns they should stop offering the service to which I was promptly hung up on. Called Amazon(had to hunt down a real phone number, most of their customer service is AI garbage) spent an hour on the phone with customer service. Rent-a-center did the return wrong somehow and the poor employee at Amazon had to do a bunch of leg work and bypasses to get my return processed correctly. Use at your own risk.
Jeremy was ku in beginning I can't wait til we're done paying off all our stuff we have all staff at store are hard to deal with Jeremy is jeff Jr lol only one that's ku is deliverery guy this our honest opinion
They took my payment for a month and never delivered anything. Then when I asked for my money back they gave me the run around. Jeremy needs to learn how to talk to people. I took my business elsewhere and you should do the same!!! Good luck
I have gotten a washer from them also a refurbished laptop that seems like brand new everything's worked great the management and teams work with me good experience pretty much all around
I have been a customer for YEARS paid off bedroom sets and smart tv and other items usually in less than 6 months. With my most recent order, my first complaint was, they couldn’t deliver it for three weeks from the time that I ordered it online and that was a complete three weeks and my biggest complaint is I had my furniture delivered Friday afternoon outside of the time frame 1-3 it was delivered after 4:00 pm not only was my furniture scratched, but the delivery man broke my hallway door my table was scratched and my couch as well and again my furniture was delivered Friday afternoon after 4 PM Monday afternoon at 2:30 there is a man from Rent-A-Center banging on my door screaming at the top of his lungs for a late payment. I haven’t even had my furniture for five days after Corporate call me back, cause I did call corporate with a ticket number I may or may not have them come and pick up this furniture for their poor business practices. Do not rent here. It is not worth the hassle. I don’t know what happened to management, but it’s not the same as it used to be. I provided pictures of the door that was broken by the box they brought in as well as my scratched table and the ring camera of the delivery and the ring camera of the man coming to bang on my door. No, the date and time are four days apart.
