My mom and I had such a great experience at Aaron’s, and we especially want to recognize Regina for her amazing customer service! She was so friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure both of us felt comfortable, answered all of our questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Is the worst nightmare of doing business with his company? They’re horrible. They don’t help with anything they come and scare my family when she feels like it. The manager Regina act like Chucky leaves. Everybody don’t buy anything from the store. These people are evil.
As soon as I walked into the store, Sales team recognized me and welcomed me in, they gave me room to browse. Then when I had questions, they answered them. They were very welcoming and polite, the two I recognized were Davon and Regina. They got me what I was looking for and delivered at a timely manner. Every time I come in, those two are the ones that always the ones that bring us back. Very inviting.
Don't come here they are scammers they're trying to make me pay twice the amount each time when I have it set up for 2 times a month. They messed up my delivery then said my item has been there for almost a week. I have an item with another store and never had this problem and they told me this store has issues. Every time I call to have them fix it it becomes an issue. I'm not paying double twice that's ridiculous.
Please please do not go here. There are so many options like after pay, kalarna, pay four to name a few. The women at the front desk was so rude. you pay for a “protection plan” that Does not protect you. making purchases here was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. Trust me please do not do it. you will come out paying triple what the product is worth, there are so many options out there do not come here.
