Aaron's has a wide variety of merchandise to purchase or lease to own. Monica is very professional and always provides great customer service.
Really nice people, great costmer service. It can get real busy but they do a good job on following up with orders so far.
I was approved and placed an order. They called me to come in and show ID,then called me immediately after that call and said I couldn’t lease from them. They proceeded to share my personal information with another store that isn’t affiliated with them to tell them not to lease anything to me. So now. I’m looking into what the process is on sharing personal information

This was a crazy experience. I ordered my item over the internet. They never contacted me about the item so I attempted to call the store myself. I couldn't get through to anyone (the phone just rang) so I went up there. There was a lady at the register that knew absolutely nothing. The manager wasn't there and when she got there she said she cancelled my order because I didn't answer her when she called🤔 the problem is, I had no missed calls from her. Eventually, about 3 days later I got my item. I won't be renting anything else from them. Plus the location is pretty ghetto.
