I purchase a chair and had the Aaron’s club coverage. Two weeks later it broke. I called to make arrangements for them to pick it up because it was no good and not useable. Three months later they still did not come get it, call after call they put me off. Finally about at least six months they came to my house and said they would not accept it, it was not repairable. I faithfully paid every month even though it was broken. Finally after a few more months they came and repaired it. The same chair they said was non- repairable! Aarons club did not honor their part, when they refused to cover the damaged chair I cancelled the club. Meanwhile because I was moving and they would not accept their defective merchandise I continued to pay for it after getting rid of it. Do not buy from them it is NOT rent to own, it’s a trap. If you don’t pay for their defective cheaply made merchandise they will call the police. You are better off to buy from Craigslist or to a thrift store to get better quality furniture.
I can't believe you guys repoed my grandma's fridge?! She was one day late because she was in the hospital. And she's already paid off 85% of it! Y'all are some busters ! For real? Did slow. You better hope I never get the chance to get back at you.
Is a wonderful store and the people are super kind and helpful. We have purchased from them over the last 15 years and always been satisfied and happy with our purchases
Greeted with an obligatory welcome in. Kept doing input while 2 customers stood waiting for assistance. Worst customer service ever. When I inquired, she told me check online as fast as she could to get rid of me. The store associates may not have a job much longer. Tell the manager.
I've spent thousands of dollars here and been paying a monthly bill for over 3 years. Never once missed a payment. Recently my grandmother passed and I had to go out of state to tend to taking care of things for her. I missed a payment for 6 days and they showed up at my house. On camera you can see them banging on my door speaking foul things about me. I was shocked. Not to mention the harassing phone calls. Loyal customer my bottom.
