We have done business with this store for over a decade. We loved Paul he cared about his customers. The new people are AWFUL they lie and have the worst customer service ever! What the man did to us on friday was awful and this place has LOST ALL our buinesss and we will drive to Chico to see Paul and I will do what I can to transfer our account to Chico! Do better Red Bluff and actually do your JOB!
Came into the red bluff location looking to order a new washer and dryer I have been a customer before and have paid off a substantial amount of items I was told red bluff could help me order there so I wouldn’t need to drive to Redding or Chico the lady that was there on Monday 12/16/25 was laying down on a couch with a Blanket on didn’t look like she even worked there didn’t seem like she wanted to help me order anything just wanted to go back to sleep and told me after I finally found what I wanted I needed to pay half a payment right then this place has gone down hill fast
We Love our Aaron's here in Red Bluff CA everyone there is wonderful we would highly recommend them we bought our wonderful washer and dryer and 4 recliners
Awesome place to get what you need my grandmother and i went in for a washer and wound up meeting Laura she's great at explaining the products and recommended a washer based on what I said I was looking for she made the experience fun as well with a great sense of humor and stellar customer service I genuinely wish more places had people like her working there. Thanks again laura!
For the most part Aaron's has been great but recently the GM has been extremely harassing, coming to my door with another person like they are the gestapo to demand payment and they won't leave until they get payment even if it requires me to take it out of my rent money or bill money. They call incessantly and then get mad when I don't answer. I drive for a living and I can't answer the phone and just recently the GM started making EZPay appointments without our permission and just charged my account using my husband's phone number. I am very close to pay off but I am ready to throw in the towel on them.
Not the greatest experience. So, I’ve been doing this whole payment plan with Aarons’s for quite sometime and it’s been wonderful as it fitted my needs during my time of transitioning to a new home. Through my experience, I’ve had some decent service, but lately it’s been bad. I’m not to sure if it’s because of Covid, but lately a few friends and I who have rented from the same locations are experience this problem as well. So I go to make a payment and even if over the phone, and I understand what my agreement is for, but lately the excessive phone calls of scheduling a payment date to pay has gotten ridiculous. They constantly call even if you are jus one day behind. Not only has a couple of my friend dealt with this problem but let’s be honest we are all trying to get by in these trying times. I just wish they were more optional giving to paying repeating customers other then the ones who can’t afford to pay. I’m jus tired of the constant calls even if your one day behind.
