Oroville location sucks u get better help over the phone with the Marysville store walked in and was not even greeted treated like I was nothing them went online ordered a machine to be told after the fact I'd be receiving a used machine that was dirty full of a detergent I was unsure of and it was defective not ok

They have gone above and beyond delivering to Brownsville my washer and dryer set for my family for decent price thank you guys so much.

I needed a dryer went in and they hooked me up and brought it to my house and hooked it all up for me . The staff are grate and will do everything they can to please there customers .hands down to all the rent a center staff🦋

Rent-A-Center went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and confident in purchasing what I needed to purchase and same-day delivery outstanding job highly recommend. Love my end tables and coffee table thanks guys. I’ll be back.

I had made a purchase for a living room set, then change my mind and went with a different company. That was on February 25th. I called them for a refund one payment was for over $93 on one card and $19.43 on a different card. I am posting this on March 20th and today they refunded my 93 but forgot my other refund for $19.43. absolutely so rude! She acted like it was I was bothering her! Send it to the district manager and still took weeks upon weeks to refund my money. I'm still trying to get the rest. My advice do not rent furniture from this place! Go to Aaron's furniture, they are patient, friendly and better prices. They're even doing a sale right now for one penny down!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !! First of all the person that "helped" me was named Melissa, the (store manager). Last night I made a purchase online for an item that was in stock elsewhere for $39/ week. I get a message this morning from little miss Melissa saying my item is out of stock but they have another option available that happens to be less in price. I approve this item and find out rather than this one to be shipped a week out I can get the one they have today, but pay a $50 fee and I sad no I've already paid $39 last night to get one a week from now, she said hold on hold, we can have this for $18 fee now. Little miss Melissa, if I ordered for $39 to have my item paid weekly and arrive next week I expect that. Very very rude person. Also, this interaction happened AFTER she had received my ID number, place of employment and their number, as well as a reference number which happens to be my grandmother. What if this girl Melissa is some crazy person who is completely engaged by our interaction and decides to stir up some trouble. I 100% do not recommend this shady place to anyone.
