My family and I stopped in last week and the employee Drew was so rude and disrespectful we had to leave. Would not recommend coming here.
The female that works at the Madera Rent A Center is Rude and has bad customer service skills. She's inpatient and tries to overachieve.However the males Gabe and Eddie are respectful and patient
The brought me the wrong dryer from what I originally ordered. Scrapped one of my walls in the process of removing the incorrect one. Not completely happy with the experience
The representative who answers the phone is very rude and inconsiderate. They need to train their employees on how to be polite and helpful. Delivery service has awful time management .
The manager Eddie was so very kind and helpful he helped me resolve a situation about a set I ordered online that wasn’t available in store. Eddie is also very knowledgeable about products he carries in his store and was able to listen to wht I needed and recommend a set he carried in store. He was able to get my washer and dryer set to me same day!!!! Thk u so much!! 5 star experience!!!!!
