I should be clear and I'll be sure to erase it it wasn't the Fontana store that treated me so awfully but rather the store on Florence when I spoke to the night manager a lady Hispanic quite a tooth and Hi brow about my current phone number being tied to an account that may owe some money I made a call on that suggestion to the place where she said it did exist and of course it did not however understandable I called back looking for help and looking for her to help me out with the situation but all she did was treat me like a criminal hang up on me and refuse to rent to me unless I paid them the balance of course which I don't know it had been 10 years since the account existed or was supposed to have existed although there was no record at the store she insisted I've never been treated so awfully by anybody

Don’t go to this place the manager Dolores has a bad attitude told us we would get approved made us pay a deposit for nothing because we were denied now we have to wait so long for us to get our deposit back. We went to talk to her today 7/15/15 about our deposit and she answered us with an attitude idk why people like this work at places where they interact with people if she doesn’t like dealing with customers then I think she should look for another job that doesn’t involve in customer service.
