They steal. I canceled an order. After no refund I called and ask where it was the manager said she had to mail a money order to my address as a refund because all she had was cash. Even tho I didn't pay with cash.
If I could put 0 stars I would They led us to believe that we have paid for both appliance stove and refrigerator then told us it will be there once the order is shipt to them they would let us know that it would be delivered. They never called and informed us that they had to return the refrigerator because it was damaged and that they refunded our money back. Now they would like to know if we can pay for the stove that we thought we already paid for. This store is unprofessional. We've never received a phone call stating that the appliance they received was damaged and then that they had to return it. We've never received a phone call stating that it was running behind schedule. Never have we received a phone call from them except to pay for something that they gave us. The idea that we already paid for don't rent from here. Everybody has their own opinion about the stores that we shop at, but this isn't my first encounter with this Rent-A-Center and had problems
DaShon helped me on the phone. I never had to step inside the store. My situation was a little compromised. I needed a laptop with certain specs and DaShon went above and beyond duty to help me get what I needed. Excellent and friendly customer service. I would absolutely recommend them.
Customer service was great. I started my purchase online, I needed a refrigerator ASAP! Deshawn called me back right away, he was so helpful and friendly. I received my refrigerator the same day :)
