I initially started renting here about last year, i missed one months of payment in may due to my girlfriend giving birth. They did work with me however, when they asked for it back they told me they’ll hold onto it until I was able to get back on my feet. Mind you, when I started renting everything was brand new in the box with an additional brand new controller. When I finally got back on my feet I made the decision to get everything back but they gave me everything that was used with someone’s else’s account on the game console and 2 horribly used controllers with barely functioning buttons. They didn’t give me my old game console even though they said they’ll hold on to it for me they gave me one that was stained and scratched clearly wasn’t the original I had left with last year that had all my credit card info. I’m paying 10x the amount that’s worth more than one you can get in the stores. Least to say, it was really disappointing having to leave with just to return it.
Very good communication they work with you also very friendly I definitely recommend them.

Really good experience with Rent-A-Center. Their staff has always been friendly, understanding, and willing to help, especially during difficult times. They work with you and try their best to make things manageable. The merchandise is also very good quality, and I’ve been happy with everything I’ve gotten from them. Overall, great customer service and a company that genuinely tries to help their customers.
