General Manager Daniel horrible in customer service please remove him as General Manager has the worse customer service, judges people off the start when a customer is sincere and honest. Rent a Center is losing loyal trustworthy customers due to this management. Deserves zero stars.
I got a call from Daniel on 07/01/2026 from Renter-A-Center. I asked Daniel could I wait to pay my bill for $121.00 on July 15, 2026. He start saying to me why do we have to wait on you, We helped you last month. I explained to Daniel that I had just moved. Daniel made me feel like he was judging me. I then called back and asked him had he ever loss a spouse, loss a son or fought cancer, he said to me that that is just life. I think a person like that should not be working in a place where customers are trying their best to make ends meet.
Went above and beyond by by Delivered on time even on an exhausting busy day
My experience with Rent-A-Center was okay couple of things I didn't like,I don't like that when you buy a refrigerator, they don't install the water holes for the ice maker, and some of the pieces from the refrigerator was broken and they are still able to call very equipment new and charge for price and don't let you know that anything is broken.
I want to take a moment and give Brian A great review he has been amazing through this whole process towards my payments with my rental, always making it possible and working through my circumstances. Always understanding, Great customer service. Thank you, Brian
Brian was extremely helpful! He made arrangements for delivery the next day even though it was already very busy. I appreciate him going above and beyond.
Not only were they helpful over the phone and in store processing me! But delivery was on point ! Typically they say 4-6pm but nope they literally came exactly at 4pm and spent like 20 mins unloading everything and WITH CARE ! Assembled everything ! Thank you to the whole store team but to Adrian and Rico for coming so efficiently! Seriously this store is underrated they definitely did an amazing job thru and thru hopefully I can get hubby to let me purchase more items bc this couch is soooooo cute ! (:
I’ve purchased a fridge from here before and now I have a sectional that I’m currently renting! Let me start by saying this the manager Adrian is awesome! He informed me that if I was going to be late making my 90 day same as cash purchase on my sectional that he’d be willing to give me an extension because he knew it was around Christmas time. So that right there showed me how considerate the rent a center team was! They are always welcoming to earn your business! I can’t wait to pay my sectional off so I can work on my third purchase with them! Adrian make the purchase worth it
