When our washing Machine was out of service, Rent a Center helped us and Cheryl and the worker Bee- came to our rescue.. They replaced our old washing machine with a new one.. They were both kind and knowledgeable about the machine and their service was greatly appreciated… Thank You both….
I honestly think this Rent a center is all over the place , not even a year and my washer needs Maintenance.. the I tried to get a couch that smelled my house for 4 days …. This is very disappointing. We’ve bought plenty of things here and this one is the worst.
I just wanted to shout out to Mrs Lynn, she is amazing, she helped me on Friday great customer service great person, u need to give her a raise
Worst experience ever...My husband rented a dining table and he was promised a new table and we received a previously rented one... it was in horrible condition with stains and marks all over it... We spoke with Reina about the issue in December and have yet to receive any feedback from her or the company... We ended up going to Aarons Rent to own and had a much more pleasant experience... Someone needs to train the store manager with better costumer service as well as teaching her to follow thru with promises made to the costumers ... Sadly this is the reason I can only give 1 star...
We had a bit of a dire situation come up on Christmas Eve as our brand new oven went out. We called Rent a Center in Lake Elsinore and luckily they had one left that was gas. The best part of the experience was Lynn who was so friendly, informative and a blessing. She helped us through the whole process and saved our Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner. The return process was just as easy and we had a chance to let the district manager know what a great staff he has working at this store. We can’t thank you enough Lynn and team.
