I would like to recognize Ricky Young at the Rent-A-Center in Fontana, California for his excellent Customer Service. Ricky is always polite, helpful, and willing to take the time to answer any of my questions. He represents the company in a professional and caring way and always makes me feel like a valued customer. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and everything that he has done to help me.
I had the pleasure of speaking with and being taken care of by Supervisor Darryl. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend him and his services.
Good business for the most part however never ever ever deal with Joe the sales manager/ assistant manager. He had extremely poor customer service and poor communication skills all Joe wants to do is treat you like dirt even when asking for help. Joe also acts like he is the only person in charge and he acts like he can never be in trouble. I will call corporate every day to make sure this employee is treated the way he treats customers.
Great service! The store manager Darryl and his team go above and beyond for the customers. Definitely recommend this location. They always have wonderful specials and good customer service.
Service was on time my beds were well put together , I am satisfied with my delivery and the driver, I believe his name was Ricky very respectful, great service.
Way out of town for several thousand mile road trip, made arrangements with one of their people who completely dropped the ball. The day before my trip starts I still had no tires And I’m getting ready to go to Costco. I get a phone call from Joe - they made it happen! They went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of what they did to help me not spend 1200 bucks out-of-pocket. This would be the fourth or fifth purchase with them and again completely an absolutely 100% satisfied.
This place is a 3.9 stars for a reason customer service sucks! They need 2 clean house bigtime and train people to be customer service oriented machines!.. All bad here, will not be buying anything else once paid off going forward!👍🤝
