Yaya, is the best! She is courteous, friendly & very professional. Quality of customer care is extremely impressive. My experience was seamless, easy and quick. I have never needed to rent furniture, but needed a special chair for my mother’s recovery. Rent a Center delivered the chair, carried it up stairs, gave a thorough explanation of how the chair worked and said I could contact them if I needed duty assistance. I highly recommend Rent A Center ( Chico, Ca.)

Delivery drivers don’t pull over for emergency services! On 1/14/26, I was driving eastbound from Orland to Chico just before Hamilton City. A rent a center truck was behind me, RIDING MY BACK END. I was already going 5 over so there was no need for that. Then an ambulance starts approaching from the east heading in the opposite direction. I pulled over to clear the road for them and the RAC truck SPEEDS UP and continues on. It is really a shame and I hope those drivers’ families are never on the other end of an emergency and have ignorant people do what they did. Probably won’t be giving my business to RAC anymore.

Love our bed it’s great. The whole staff is wonderful when you want to sign up. I can say I will never go through them again. Once and done for me. I was really sick even had to go to the hospital and they were calling I told them I was really sick and it wasn’t good enough they said we close at 4. Then 20 minutes later someone showed up at my house for payment. They won’t let you go one day over. I don’t like to be bugged.
