About 6 years ago i purchased items to furnish basically my entire house. Bedroom and living room. And ever since, i can keep my house updated and fresh with nice,clean furniture. I've purchased 2 couches over this time and am taking delivery on my newest addition tomorrow. I am super happy with the service i've received. Whether it's allowing me grace on my payments, or helping me set it up, either way they take care of me in every way. I love that my house is always furnished with nice, clean, comfy furniture and i no longer am getting couches on marketplace,lol. Thank you Aarons!
Just want to give the manager Paul a shoutout for helping me with an issue that I had regarding the payments and payout. He was able to rectify my issue almost immediately. Thank you for all of your help!
I am leasing a washer from them. And when they delivered it it was broken. The hot water knob was broken off. So the delivery guy said why don't I leave this here for u to use. We will order u a new one u should have it in a week. No phone call no communication. I waited two weeks called them oh it will be in in a week. No communication no nothing. So here it is four weeks later no phone call except to tell me my payment is due. They have no communication skills, and when u call and ask questions a few people get short with u. They even left me on hold for 12 minutes. So I hung up called back and they put me on hold again. Poor customer service and they don't keep their word.
Bought couches and tables brand new almost a year ago. The couches were delivered broken, did not recline. The tables were all scuffed , all three of them. Called that same day of delivery and spoke to a lady who said to send pictures and videos in email form of the broken couches and scuffed tables. She said they would send someone out to fix it. Never heard a thing. Kept calling, kept Emailing, and nothing. The store kept saying they would send someone out to FIX our broken couch and tables. MONTHS went by before someone actually came out. The guy said this was the first he ever heard of it and that he could not even fix our tables, and needed a “mechanism” to fix the couch. More time went by and still we heard absolutely nothing from the store. At this point we just wanted them gone. We are not going to pay for couches and tables that came broken and scuffed when they were supposed to be brand new. finally they have come to pick them up and say they can’t take them back because the couches have a small tear. We’ve had them almost a year trying to just get them fixed. Now we have to continue to pay for broken couches ? Absolutely ridiculous. I have never in my life had such bad service. I strongly suggest buying elsewhere. These people are extremely unprofessional
I had a good experience here. Aaron's tried to make things work for me to the best of their ability. The GM made sure any issues I had were addressed. The store is clean and has a good selection of furniture.
