I'm really happy with this location! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and communicated with me every step of the process. I absolutely love my bedroom set. This is definitely the place to go. I had previously used Buddy's, but after the Springdale location closed, I decided to give Castle a try—and I'm glad I did. I really appreciate that if an item isn't available in the store, they'll search other locations or have it shipped in for you. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
This is one of those rare businesses that actually care about "every" customer no matter how much they spent. I bought something off of Buya, under $50 and they treated me like I spent thousands.
