i went in there ask a few questions and one guy ignored me and the other really didn't want talk to me, i will take my business else where, i was the only person in the store. not sure how y'all stay open with bad customer service skills
The app changed my card twice but Rent - A - Center cought the mistake and put the money back and I didn't even have to ask this place is a great place I would not do business with anyone else
I had some family members picking up a stove for me the guy working dropped it!! Didn’t say sorry or anything dropped it and said help me pick it up! Like really? Then also look how dirty it is! I have been working with the Fayetteville store to get a stove! The Fayetteville guys are amazing!! They 100 percent care about there customers! Springdale on the other hand does not I called and asked why the stove was not clean the guy said we don’t do that!! LIKE WHAT!!?Are you kidding me! So what you’re saying is you would cook out of this stove for your family? I’m not sure who it was but dude if your reading this clearly you hate your job and don’t give 2 crap about your customers man you need to go find a job elsewhere maybe McDonald’s or someone will take you
Orders and paid for furniture paid payments already day of delivery they did not come gave me run around when I asked to speak to manager really rude said he issued my refund on Monday so I would have got it Wednesday! Called corporate because there communication and customer service skills lack very much and corporate told me he barely issued my refund when I called again on Friday now it’s issued and I have to wait a whole week again for my refund!!! Terrible place never go there
Went there to try and get a couch. Was told that we would need just proof of address and ID. Told them which couch we wanted, we were then told to scan a qr code, fill something out, and then in a week we will get an email? Just a weird experience overall, was not a fan of the lack of enthusiasm walking into the store. Was met with monotone hello's. I definitely won't be coming back here. Went to a different place, got a couch, and it was delivered same day.
Very bad customer service! They are expensive compared to what u find online and will not work with people during these trying times. They showed up at my house over one day late, while I had company visiting and refused to leave until they seen payment. I wasn't at home at the time because I was out making the payment. We have since purchased better quality furniture at a much more reasonable price and without all the hassle I was receiving from the rent a center crew.
