I walked in and found the appliance I needed. Filled out my information. They had my item loaded on their truck before I got in my car. It was delivered immediately. The staff were awesome.

The amazing people at Buddys in Pocahontas truly do believe in customer service, while making many exceptions with me!! They really do everything they can to get you to ownership! Especially during hard life times! They care! For that I am grateful!! Go here and have them help you change your lives!!

We were leased an air conditioner guaranteed to work and keep us cool it hasn't and it constantly breaks during the hottest part of the day everyday! When we called they said there was nothing they could do. Honestly they just didn't want to! Never will I recommend this place
