I've dealt with RAC for 20+ years, first in Memphis, & then here in Jonesboro from 2009 until now. Everyone has always been super kind, helpful, friendly, and go the extra mile, especially Cortez whonhas been there forever!! Derrick & Jeremiah who were long term employees were also wonderful to me back then. Cortez always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers have what they need, always helpful, kind, friendly, & even puts up with me trying my hardest to make him laugh as much as possible, just so I can hear it on repeat. 😂 He has the kind of laugh that electrifies your soul, makes you giggle, & brightens your day, no matter how bad it's been. He's always friendly, courteous, happy, & helpful !Thank y'all for always taking care of me & my family!!

I have rented from rent a center for years..And I wanted a fireplace and got one...i also talked to Courtney and I let him know that I never got credis for nothing there and I have been a customer for years and I think that long time customers that pays off their items through the years at least notice the ones that do... Thanks Courtney for making that happen because good customers are hard to find... especially when they go unnoticed..
