From start to finish, this has been one of the worst furniture rental experiences I've ever had. They don't answer the phone unless you call multiple times; they don't keep appointments; they have no consideration for their customers' time. They later called and said there had been an error generating the online contract and tried to raise the price of the rental by seven or eight dollars a week, which would have been about a thirty-dollar price increase. I bought a bed and called them to pick up the furniture. They were supposed to be here by 3 p.m. Big surprise, at this point, they're almost an hour late. After several calls to the office, I got through to someone who got through to the pickup people and told me it'd be another half hour to forty-five minutes. I'm up here in Arkansas to take care of my mom. I'm expecting to be here just for a month and thought I could save some money by just renting the furniture since it's not something she needs. Whatever money I might have saved, I've more than paid double for the aggravation. Save yourself the misery and aggravation and rent from anyone else if you need to rent furniture.
Nikeaii went above and beyond to make sure I received the appliances I needed. His guest service is beyond exceptional. He was very informative to the extent I didn't have any questions because he covered all basis with me.
We had an issue with our current mattress after getting it home and called the store to see what we could do about it and we spoke with Nekeaii was able to help us find a new mattress and got us taken care of. He was super friendly and helpful and explained everything throughout the process. We will definitely be future customers for a long time due to how helpful he was

Amazing staff. I ment to post this earlier but had a lot going on. I've been with them for about a year now and have had nothing but good experiences here. I have a PS5 on my account that for some reason stopped working it just wouldn't turn on they sent it to their repair shop and when ot returned they couldn't find a service for it in their system so the accounts manager had me bring it back in today when the new GM was in the store and they replaced the PS5 with a different one instead of me contuing to pay for one that doesn't work. Right now on my account I have a dryer, 2 touch screen computers, a PS5, and a 55" TV and i am fixing to add a new refrigerator to that account as well. The payments are very affordable and the staff always greets me with a smile and by name. If you're looking to furnish your house or get any new electronics or appliances and are in a budget I highly recommend them.
