Customer reviews
I want to give a big thank you to Trevor at Speedway for all his help with my tires! He was very helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his great customer service and going above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Trevor, for making the whole experience easy and stress-free! I highly recommend him!
I first met Britney at a car show, and she invited me to stop by her shop when I was ready for tires. Even though I didn't end up purchasing tires from them, Britney and her team still went above and beyond to help me with the installation of my newly powder-coated wheels. After dealing with a previous company that did a poor job on my 20-inch Vossen wheels, I was relieved to find a team that truly cares about quality and customer service. They treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in and made sure everything was installed correctly and looked perfect. It's rare to find a business that is willing to help and provide top-notch service even when you didn't purchase everything directly from them. Britney and the crew really came through for me, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest people, great service, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers and their vehicles.
An absolutely amazing experience the staff was incredibly helpful and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my turck on the road, one of the mechanics even went as far as to make sure my truck had the correct part on the wheel hub knuckles before leaving and installed it for me . I would absolutely recommend them for all of your tire needs .
I'm really impressed with the service I received at RNR Tire Express. I must say it was world class customer service. Trever thought of everything and made sure that I was good to go. He also went above and beyond. He'll probably say he's just doing his job. Trever, you didn't exceptional job and I thank you and your team for helping me out with my car. The tires look great!
Absolutely excellent customer service! I purchased a set of rims and tires. I didn’t know what rims I liked the most, with their wide selection. They offered to put two different sets on my vehicle that I was choosing between. That way I was able to see which one looked best on my vehicle. I mean, that is the type of service, you would not get going somewhere else.
