RNR Tire Express

I'm a long time customer and after they went against the arrangements we had and took money that wasn't there a week after getting all my cards locked for fraud by running them before the due date I will no longer do business with them. Their customer service "accounts" team is also the worst train customer service team I have ever spoken with.

Chris and Dallas are definitely top notch. I’ve come here multiple times and they always come through. They’re very polite go above and beyond for top notch service. I genuinely appreciate y’all.

Tires are not good quality in less than 6 months I went through almost 8 or more tires. They replaced all 4 the last time I went but then started charging me for 2 sets of tires. At the price I was paying vs what I ended up paying would have been being over 3 payments at once. I paid $36 a week. But started getting charged in the same day the regular payment and then right after $88. And was told I had 2 sets of tires on my vehicle. I don't know what type of modification I would have to have for a Ford fusion to have 8 tires on it at once? Not only that but they kept my spare tire and acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Was told the account would be fixed and I would get my money back. But again the following week again charged for multiple sets of tires. . I would not recommend RNR to anyone

This tire shop is a joke. Trying to get in contact with the actual store. Took over a week. Trying to get in contact with a manager was even harder. And don't even attempt corporate because that's a whole nother story. When you do get in contact with them because there's an issue they don't want to take any responsibility. They don't even want to listen to the problem or help at all. They cannot do a successful alignment which the manager just admitted that they cannot do. And they don't tell you that they can't do one. They don't tell you if there's an issue where your whole tire is actually wiggling when it's lifted in the air. They don't say anything to you about that. They don't care. There was so many weights on my wheel itself that the other tire shop I took the car to was completely flabbergasted. They took every weight off which was about seven and only needed a half a weight to actually balance my tire. The only time that they will actually talk to you is when you owe them money then they want to talk to you. When you replace your tires. If there are sensors in your tire they're supposed to give you your sensors back because like they say if they have to take your wheels for not making payments, they take their sensors. They never gave me my sensors back. So now if I want to go and buy tires I also have to buy myself new sensors because they kept my old ones that had nothing wrong with them. I absolutely would recommend this tire shop to no one ever. I have family members that I had originally suggested go there and all of us will be taking our business elsewhere now which is about six accounts. I know that doesn't mean anything to them but to us it's a big deal. So only go to them if you would like to be super frustrated and for them never to care and to let you leave in an unsafe car.

Barb is the most wonderful customer service worker I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is our second trip to RNR and she was just as amazing during our second visit. The environment is incredibly comfortable. They have games, water and coffee. There is not one employee that has tried to upsell me on unnecessary work. The mechanics are very skilled and knowledgeable without feeling degrading about my questions. The prices are the best around and they also offer the best finance program I've ever seen in an automotive shop. They will work with you to ensure you're well taken care of. Dont look any further, this is your shop!! Thank you Barb and mechanics!
