Boy. They're quick to get your information and to get the product out.But when it comes to a refund, they make the customer.Wait that's a load of bull
The whole team was really helpful and very friendly and we really appreciated Bradley Taylor who helped us every step of the way!!
Thatcher Arizona crew was absolutely amazing. Best service, same day delivery, couldn't ask for anything more. Set up my grandparents washer so it was ready for use everybody in the store had great attitude. definitely recommend👍
One star for letting me rent the frustration special refrigerator temporarily when mine quit. Now ready for pick-up, I had to take a day off of work to be home for this. I work 6-4. First time estimate, between 11-4. Called back at 3:45. New time estimate between 4-7. Thanks for costing me an unnecessary vacation day to come get your junk.
Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars which is what this merits. Made a purchase for a bedroom set, the guy that did all the paperwork told us one thing about pricing and it turned out to be another. Okay fine things happen, manger seemed to not care that we were misquoted. That should have been when we walk away and take our business elsewhere. However we continued with the purchase. When delivery day came, the gentleman that was putting the mirror together over tightened the screws causing an awful bulge on front. Immediately call was placed about this and to only be told we could get a credit it for it but no replacement. Getting that credit was a whole other nightmare. We have taken our business elsewhere. Would not recommend this place.
Extremely friendly staff, Great furniture, we recently got our couch from there are I will definitely return for other needs.
