Ding dong! Is what i’d hear at my door if you guys bothered to ring my doorbell or even knock! Not just hover hand like a puppet. How sad and pathetic for a small business to act like this these days…and your furniture is HOW MUCH?

Do not rent or buy furniture from this company or StagingRents (their affiliated company). I wish I would have read the other reviews before doing business with them. They are completely disorganized. They will not get your order correct. They will not deliver the correct items you ask for even if you try to babysit them along the way. Their customer service / support is incompetent. I spent over $10,000 with this company and when an item I purchased was not delivered they casually said they rented it to another staging company and were not able to get it back. Without permission they accessed account information and tried to credit the purchase without discussing the options first. I do not recommend this company for renting. There are many other companies out there that provide higher quality products and organized and efficient support services. They are not one of them

I rented furniture from Castle Furniture Rental for 9 months. They were easy to work with, and the delivery was very well done. I was not there when they delivered the furniture so when I got home that day I was happily surprised to find that they set up the furniture in the most logical way, they put light bulbs in the lamps and turned the lamps so that the switches were easy to get to. Scheduling the pick up was easy and professional. The prices were right and I have no complaints at all about Castle Furniture Rental. They were great.
