This store has lots Of customer service that you don’t find today. Todd the general manager is awesome! I have been a customer for at least a 1-1/2 and nothing g but good things. Mike is also a great asset and we appreciate his great service. The guys in the warehouse are nothing but courteous and professional. Thank you everyone!

I just want to thank you to the 2 delivery drivers and the store manager Todd for the great service we received at the store. Very helpful and easy to apply. Yesterday the 2 delivery guys came out and delivered our furniture and they couldn’t be more accommodating, professional and very pleasant and on time. Thank you Todd and the team!

Priscilla and her team are the worst. They don’t communicate, answer your calls or respond to voice messages unless it’s time to pay a bill come due day. The store on Reems has fallen off deeply. Samantha and Eric were inexplicably better and work was actually getting done. Hopefully my experience will be better a different store, if not I’ll just switch companies all together…. Use a different store
