I'm honestly not sure what I expected when I walked into this place, but the furniture on display is absolutely dirty. I'm not sure if they intentionally don't clean them because they just want money quickly or if they don't care. I pulled the cushion out to see if it was a pull out couch or a regular couch and there was food inside the couch. I looked around at the other couches and there was pet hair all over another couch. That was enough for me to turn around and walk out. Ask yourself, if you were selling something that you owned for a while, would you at least CLEAN IT? I mean at the bare minimum. I understand scratches and tears but food? Come on. Have some respect for your customers. I didn't take pictures but if you don't believe me feel free to check it out yourself. By all means. 🤢🤮

It's so sad to see how bad this place really is. My aunt had a couch and we had to return it to get it fixed it took 4 months and a threat to a lawyer for them to even bring it back. Then the part they brought us was not even fixed. Then I got a dryer from them and they constantly call all the time. I paid off my account and they said I still owed on it. I had to raise my voice to the manager for her to even do anything. They just sit and do nothing and also if your not part of the employees they like they treat them like crap too. I will never go back to them.

Horrible service. Ordered a washer and dryer it was suppose to be delivered this morning and never did, called and they said it’ll be delivered this afternoon. The guy came and his manager Amanda told him he wasn’t allowed to drop it off because the husband wasn’t there. I was never told once that my husband needed to be at the house for the drop off as we would have scheduled it differently if we knew he has to be there. Amanda the manager said they won’t do anything for us and that its all our fault when their employee didn’t inform us. Amanda was very rude on the phone and then told me her dm would not care about this issue. It’s very sad to see a company not care about their customers at all. To have such a rude customer service. As a manager this is not the way to handle things.

the worse experience EVER!!! mind you my family been loyal clients at Aarons in Tucson AZ and they're GREAT at what they do. coming here in Sierras Vista it has been the worse experience in my life!!! they really do treat you like garbage and refuse to help. I'm not the only one that has had this experience , i even had a friend call , to check if she was only rude to me or , and she also treated her so badly , we're gathering signatures to take it down to better business bureau . THIS WANNABE MANAGER CANT GET AWAY WITH ANY LONGER, she's a horrible person I'm not sure how she even passed her interview . she's rude and disrespectful very unprofessional , she refuses to help and her job is to be on the phone, she put our money and business on the side for her social media. she make Aarons look so bad she's is just awful , didn't believe when i read this reviews until now. YES INDEED they're are all horrible!! an done of the guys treats you like if we owe him something . Some of us count with Aarons and when you come across ppl like them the whole great customer experience its ruin . we need better and more efficient management and new crew , that know how to run and make business, instead of being in social media all day and treating clients like if they don't pay their bills out of our money . mind you i have proves . other clients want to file complaints but some don't have the time to do so.

Do not go to this store. Shady staff and criminal management. Refuses to take back furniture claiming bedbugs without evidence. Will attempt to double charge you for first month. Damaged furniture and did nothing to repair it after moving it from one place to another. During a call, they turned it into an argument about racism rather than focusing on business.
