I just wanna let you know I’ve never been inside buddies rentals. I decided to go just to check them out as soon as I got there. Enter the door. I was greeted right on the spot by.Jaana which was amazing then the phone started to ring. I told her I was just gonna browse as I made my way around sitting on furniture looking at furniture. A guy came in and approached me. His name was Joe very wonderful. He then asked me I’ve been helped. I let him know. Yes I had. He asked me what was I looking for? I let him know. I was looking for a sofa. He then asked me did it need to would you like a brand new one or are you looking for a used one I let him know used one was fine. He then let me know that he had a very nice one that had came in. I had asked if I could see it. He said sure he showed it to me. I fell in love with it. He then had said that he has a gentleman his name is Juan very nice guy. I met him he he’ll clean it from head to toe for you. I said that would be perfect and then he had asked me if I needed anything else and I did say I needed a mattress so he showed me which one that were available. I chose one and everything I’ve been proceeded to go out to the counter to fill out the application and that’s when I was greeted by.Jaana Which she was very nice she showed me how to start the application and when it’s done, just hand it back and then they would get me going. All went well. Customer service was amazing. Y’all have to go check it out meet Juan, Joe, and.Jaana very welcoming nice people in this location was at the 10410 N. 35th Ave. unit 108 Phoenix, AZ 85051. She finish me up. Everything was done. They gave me the delivery date which I’m so excited to get it and I had asked one more time because Juan had finished the couch and I wanted to see how it turned turned out I mean, I still needed to dry and everything. It was wonderful. It was like it was brand new terrific job terrific service and yes, I will continue to shop There again so guys go check it out. You’ll love it.

Stay as far away from this place as you can so I'm going to tell you about my experience with buddies so I went in there bought a a bunk bed set and a sectional they talked me into a really good deal so when I got it took it home the bunk beds had so they came and picked it up and it was infested My whole house so they said they would take care of it brought me another bunk bed set and charged me double almost $3,000 so they were going to give me a deal and all this but they lied to me The lady that works in the front I'm not remembering her name that good watch out because she if you have a card on file she would charge it for her own use and then when you try to explain this to them she will not let you talk to the manager Joe so always say he's out of town or he's on vacation or it's his day off or something so just be careful around this place it's better if you go to Aaron's but stay away from buddies God bless everybody thank you I just want to tell the lady that posed to be for me that's how they start out in the beginning just be careful around them Don't leave your card on file with them and check the stuff really good before you take it because it could have bed bugs mine did I'll never do business with them again and be careful with the deals cuz they'll give you a deal in the beginning and then later on they'll change it so make sure you get everything in writing right then and there and make sure it's all written everything to the t so they can't try to get you later on if you are going to make a deal with them it's better just not to deal with them at all save you the trouble That's at the store Peoria I don't know how the other stores are

Joe was wonderful today. Great customer service and was diligent. Answered everything I asked about and explained in detail the payment method. I have already advised family and friends to rent from Buddy's. I totally give them 5 golden stars. Sincerely, Jonie Carpenter
