The customer service was awesome. Good information and they can answered all questions and concerns. Also they are will to help where ever.

I have enjoyed getting things for Bestway the people there understand when you can not pay for things I have been getting things for years I give you a five star thank you very much.

John Harrison was great and excelled in customer customer service. Jaylon Bolton was really friendly and great with customer service as well!

This is absolutely HORRBLE service! When we walked in to buy the furniture the lady who helped us checkout told us that the store manager would have to call our references the next day to get our furniture delivered that day! Well when we were expecting the furniture we called at 5pm an hour before they close and the store manager told us that she couldn’t deliver until the references were all called and that the lady who helped us the day before should have called them, she then told my husband to have our references call her to speed things up and when we did just that she got rude with us and said she was too overwhelmed at the moment to answer all the calls because she was putting our references on hold for over 10 mins and not coming back to the phone! We ultimately didn’t get the furniture delivered until after 6pm when they CLOSE! When it came time for the payment they price gouged us $30 extra dollars and wouldn’t tell us why and when we called to cancel because of our services so far had been terrible we didn’t want to continue the business with them! The lady who helped us the first time purchase the furniture got rude with my husband and told him they told us the price before we bought it! Now mind you I read the contract and it says we could cancel the lease at anytime and we were not obligated to continue paying but was incredibly rude and demanded a reason when we called to cancel! Now here it is the day they are supposed to be picking up the furniture after they give us the run around a WEEK ago about when they could schedule us in they told us Tuesday and when we asked for Tuesday they said that someone else had scheduled in for that day and the earliest they could pickup would be on Saturday when I already told them we wouldn’t be available! They changed it to Friday and nowhere it is Friday we were scheduled between 12-2 pm I called at almost 2pm the STORE MANAGER got rude toward me and Toklas me the day wasn’t over yet and that they were just really getting started even though they had been open since 10am and close at 6pm I called at 3 pm asking where they were the lady told me that it would be another hour and then almost immediately after they hung up the store manager called my husband telling him her drivers were on the way we waited for an HOUR AND HALF before they called back to tell us that there was a wreck and that her drivers had to turn around and make a delivery in ASHLAND and then come back towards riverside to pickup our furniture! It is currently 5pm and when I called to clarify it would be done today because we got new furniture from Aaron’s and nowhere to put the furniture because of bestways the store manager refused to talk to me about my account even though I’m ON THE LEASE and told me she already spoke to my husband and if I wanted to know to speak to him because it was his account! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TEAM MEMBERS AND SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TALKED DOWN TO AND IGNORE! AND DENIED ACCESS TO INFORMATION OF YOUR OWN ACCOUNT!

They are friendly until you miss a payment because of things out of your control. They will blow your phone up and threaten to come get your stuff even though you are a faithful customer. When I payout I will never do business with them again.
