Worst Aaron’s ever they can’t get their crap together

I’m am very disappointed with this company my parents are elderly my mother 74 and my father 80 and they have been dealing with this company for over 20 years they have had a dryer that has not work correctly since it was purchased and now it has completely went out so they call the store and get told well we can get you a loaner dryer in a week and get yours fixed and then returned they told my mother well since you live in Ashland ala which is 30 mins away we can’t get there till Friday when we make our regular trips to Ashland so a company that only goes to Ashland once a week schedules one trip to save on gas I can understand saving and scheduling but to tell two elderly people who has done business with a company over 20 years and spent over 250 thousand dollars with this company in these twenty years that you will just have to wait and do with out a dryer because your loyalty and continued business with us means nothing really it really discusses me to think that there is no respect for the elderly any more or loyal customers this is what’s wrong with the world I feel that a loyal customer that has done business with me because I am a business owner and the customer has spent over 250 thousand dollars with me I’m going to help a little more than a new customer companies now seem not to care about loyalty and customer care anymore and especially when you make two elderly people do without for a week because you don’t think they deserve 10 dollars spent on gas for there continue loyalty to your company so they can wash clothes this is definitely not a company that truly cares about return customer

We got a new living suit and when it arrived it was dirty it had stains and the recliners were bent so they didn't open or closed right. They did give our money back but when I said come get them they didn't show up when they said and they did come the next day said it would be morning time they came at 12 they were so rude. It was like they were mad to be here. They did even care about scratching floors they did care how they handled they furniture. Just RUDE!!! Never again will we use Aaron's in Talladega again!!

Daniel Dean the General manager if I could give you zero.... Stars I would you very rude!!! Tried to say i didn't pay my bill so you would not have to transfer me!!! I showed proof I have never been late!!! And when I showed her and you got caught lying you were rude! I'm so glad I'm leaving this store never met anyone and looks like I didn't miss nothing! Missing the Leeds location they were truly the best! I hope Irondale will be like Leeds!
