I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Someone from the company called and told me that this person used me as a reference, and “attempted to pronounce their name. Then went on to tell me if she does not call them, they will take legal action. I shared this information with her; when she called them, they said that I was lying. They realized that’s it’s illegal to tell someone other than the person who the account is under that they are taking legal action. They were so unprofessional on the phone, will not let me speak, and continue to call me a liar. They kept asking to hear a recording, but doesn’t the company suppose to record all calls? I can repeat exactly what the woman stated on the phone and do not have a reason to lie. This business needs training in procedure, guidelines, and customer service.

Never doing business with these people again. Will continue to harass you if you don’t make a payment the day it’s DUE. I would get calls on the day of my payment. Don’t even wait until the end of business day. I would get calls at like 9 am asking if I’m going to make my payment. Had someone come on my yard and just sit in the truck. Rude associates and way over priced products. Will make sure to never do business again.
