I wish I could give it 0.1 stars. Bought a laptop from there in October and was told it was it was in perfect condition and everything worked right. When I left the store it had supposedly just died and would only take a few minutes to cut on when I plugged it up at home. Got home and it took 4 hours to cut on because it had been dead for so long. After it finally cut on surprise the previous owners password was still on it. They hadn’t even cut the laptop on since they had gotten it and how no clue that it worked at all or the password would’ve been erased. They was already closed by the time the laptop had cut back on and had a password on it so I called the next day and they told me to bring it in and they would give me a loaner one until the pass word was taken off. I called apple first to ask if it was something I could do and they told me I could do it but I would be without a laptop for 3-4 days and I needed it for school so I couldn’t wait. Best way told me it would be 2 weeks and I would get the laptop back that I was purchasing or I could purchase the loaner they gave me. The loaner was beat up with a big dent in the top and pixels messed up on the screen so I obviously told them I did not want to purchase that one. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called asking about my laptop. They said it didn’t come in that week it should be here the next. So I called again after 3 weeks and was told it should be there that afternoon but it wasn’t. Called again the next day and was told it would be another week. Still wasn’t there after a month. I started calling every few days asking about when it would be there and why it was taking over a month to do nothing but take a password off a laptop when Apple told me it takes 3 to 4 days and I was supposed to have it back after 2 weeks. I was told every time they would have the manager contact the service center and call me back on what’s going on. After 6 weeks I finally told them I was no longer making payments every week on a laptop that I don’t have nor will they tell me why it’s taking so long and I would resume payments when I have my laptop back. I didn’t pay after 6 weeks of not having my laptop and after 3 days of a missed payment they started calling my phone non stop from 9 that morning before they even opened till 2 when they showed up the first time AT MY HOUSE that day. I told the guy that showed up I didn’t make a payment after telling them I was no longer paying on a laptop that I don’t have nor know where it is then walked back in my house and shut the door and he left. I immediately called corporate and told them what was happening and was told I no longer had to talk to anyone at the store, to not pay them or return the loaner I had and the district manager would be contacting me. Once the guy that showed up at my house got back to the store they started calling me again. I finally answered after many calls and told them I had talked to corporate and was told to not talk to the store, not pay them, and not to give them the loaner then hung up without letting them talk anymore. They kept calling my phone non stop till 5 when they showed up at my house AGAIN for the second time in one day. Except this wasn’t the same man that showed up the first time this was a much bigger man. I answered the door and told him to go away I would no longer be talking to them and shut the door in his face. He continued knocking not only on one door but both of my doors for 30 minutes. I once again went to the door and told him that I did not have to talk to them, I did not have to pay them, and I did not have to give them the laptop back and shut the door in his face again. He continued knocking not only on both of my doors but he was walking around the house knocking on windows too and at this point my kids are screaming because they are scared and my husband gets up and goes to the door and tells him we are not dealing them and he has 30 seconds to have himself and his truck out off our property before he calls the cops and he leaves. Still not heard from DM

I would never rent from them ever again. They harass the hell out of you. My payment with them was never late but they called and texted me the day before it was due and the day of as if it was late. They charged my card twice for one of my payments and when I went to get it straight they denied it even though I was showing them proof. But my bank thankfully reversed the transaction. I finally paid them off and they even gave me a hard time about that. They kept trying to get me to get something else and they wouldn't take no for an answer til I threatening to report them. Please do not rent from these people.
