Had a washer and dryer delivered. To find out that it had roaches in it, and left over washing detergent and fabric softener. And with that order I got a TV that had finger prints all over it and kiss marks too. Had to set up the dryer and when it was all set up, went to go and wash clothes and it didn't even work. Spent over an hour cleaning the whole thing to find out it doesn't even work. And they won't even give me a refund and I didn't even have the junk for 24 hours. Rude as hell GM too. If I was you I would go somewhere else and not buy from this Aaron's.

Don't come to my house at 9 at night while I'm in the bed and beat on my door like you're the police that's totally unprofessional I won't use Aaron's again

I have a Aaron's customer for a while now Moe and the other stuff goes above and beyond the are awesome people every time I call there I feel like I'm talking to friends and family.. they take good care of their customers they treated customers as they were a friends or family

Erica and Jonathan were very helpful. I received my product with ease. And they were very helpful. I love love Aarons. Great people there.

They have poor service as far as respecting their customers go. I was accused of having bed bugs in the bed we got from them. Now they are calling my family members liars. That is disrespectful especially where I had proof I didn't have bed bugs. And even more disrespectful to mouth of at your customers calling them liars and all that. If yall dont do something about your employees, me and my family will.
