Very helpful there and great place to get new and used furniture or appliances
I guess someone pissed in the leprechauns lucky charms this morning. Getting attitude with me all because I accidentally left my proof of residency at home. Lost a sale to s customer paying cash. They need proof of residency just to deliver to my house when I'm trying to buy it outright just doesn't make sense to me. They have to know where I live if I buy something? I understand renting but I was trying to pay cash straight up for it
Worse place to get your stuff, they keep saying they will be over here to fix the washer and my dryer but never shows up and they suppose to do auto pay but only does it if they didn't pull it out like they suppose to for example if they don't pull money out that Friday they will either come try to take out stuff or let us go over and then pulled our money out making us go broke. They are not a man/woman of there words. They seem like they are trying to rip us off and only want money. They don't care about any of us.
Been a customer for over 10 years but now I can't start a new agreement because the bills aren't in my name. I'll pay off my items then I'm moving on. Terrible business, used to want to help now they just want money money money. It's a shame almost 15 years of business together down the drain
The worse store I have ever dealt with. Angel and Emilie are the worst type of people to have working for a place like this.. very rude, very unprofessional, and has the mouth like a sailer. Would not recommend this store for any reason.
Josh is great wish I could give more stars. Rommel really made this store the best. Sadly he’s gone now. There is lack of communication, very poor customer service. Employees laid up on the furniture when I went in. Tables were dirty and furniture dusty.
