Dez was our salesman at RAC. He made the process go smoothly. I really thought it was going to be like buying a car and it wasn’t. We will definitely be using RAC and my buddy Dez again. I have no complaints about RAC and Dez tried to get us in and out as fast as he could seeing that I couldn’t stand for very long. Dez, thank you Sir. Bad customer service.. Misty and her worker got an attitude over the phone and said they didn’t.. I know an attitude when I hear one.. They your friend when you paying your bills but while you been out of work because you been staying at the hospital with your mom and they don’t care as long they get their money so they money hungry. It rude to talk over someone that is not a good customer service.. I probably did got rude with them but they was the one that rude with me first.. if I could I would give them a zero start

Well, I went there to get my wife an anniversarybring biggest mistake I have made my life. They were not straight forward. Bad customer service, what they said online was not what they said in person had put up a $300 deposit. That was not what was said online. Don't shop there.
