Gets information likely illegally. Calls people asking for other people that "do not exists" I have a new number and they knew my legal name which I don't share ... They say oh so an so used (me) as a refrance. How are you going to respond to my comment saying you'd like me to reach out to you and give me a phone number: and the phone number has two options both upon which do not get me to anyone. Provide me a contact phone number I can actually reach a person to speak to at... And I'd be happy to. I don't have a customer account with you and I'm not a merchant. Lies and sketchy business practices. You pulled a report for someone and you have my new number and name on it? I don't think so. Disturb my whole week. I don't appreciate games.

Opp rent a center is definitely my rent a center of choice. Nicki is amazing! She’s polite, professional, and gets things done quickly without losing that friendly touch. When I got sick and couldn’t make my payment on time, I stayed in contact with her, and she worked with me without any problem or judgment. She made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Honestly, she should be the one training others — her customer service is top-notch

Best Rent-A-Center I have been to, hands down. When you walk in, they remember who you are, just like family! I would highly recommend Rent-A-Center to my friend and family because of the great staff! Update: Management has changed. Kyle and Hunter are now the if the store andit's awesome! Would still recommend!

From the day I called to set up a rental for a washer and dryer, I have always dealt with a manger by the name of Kasey. Kasey is nothing short of amazing. Always professional, polite, and she truly cares about her customers. And it shows. She has worked with me several times during rough times to ensure I didn’t lose my rentals. The level of professionalism and respect is nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend doing business with Rent-A-Center in Opp, Al. You most definitely will not regret it!!!!
