Horrible. Will lie to just get you off the phone. Will tell you what you want to hear and will treat you like trash. Will state that conversations never happened. Prices/pay offs are double what they quote from previous calls days earlier. This place is absolutely horrible. Zero customer service or retention aspects. Managers blame other employees and do not take any actions to remedy the situation. Whatever you do, go somewhere else. This is the truth and a fact.

Horrible customer service and false advertisement. They also tried to sell a pre-owned bed mattress which is illegal. The thrift stores can't even retail a used mattress.
I recently purchased a sofa bed from Aaron’s and the store manager Derrick was so helpful and answered all my questions. The delivery drivers that delivered my couch were super friendly!
