I have been buying furniture from this store for years and ive never had any issues with the service at all. Felicia,Maurice, and the rest of the staff have been nothing but friendly and have always taken great care of me and my wife. They are always nice and cordial when we visit the store and they never have an issue with answering any questions that we may have. They even called to wish me a Happy Birthday and to check on us to see how we liked everything and make sure there were no issues with anything. Like I said ive been buying from the store for years and as far as im concerned I will continue to use them!
Maurice the general manager helped me buy a washer and dryer and was very helpful and accommodating. He let me know exactly how everything works and how to save the most money. Thanks y’all :)

Don’t value customers. They can’t replace a broken washer and dryer, but they want money.
We have always bought things from Aaron's But today we had our delivery if our new bedroom...The two gentlemen that came to deliver and set it up were the most polite,and studious employees ever ...Their names are Sledge and Tre'Tavion !! Thank you so much for being nice, kind and respectful....
I would first like to start off by saying that when I first came to the store there was an issue with my account they couldn't find the information needed to show that I returned the items from my past account. Management Maurice Green General Manager of store #CO582 and Felicia Kidd (Sales Manager) went above and beyond. He /they spoke with someone from corporate, and got things rectified. They found that the store that I was with prior had closed and that the merchandise was not even log in that it was returned. Maurice Green (General Manager) and Felicia Kidd (Sales Manager) store#CO582 did not stop until the items were found and that my account was cleared . The next day Felicia Kidd (Sales Manager) called me and told me that everything was cleared and, that I could move forward with getting the items that I needed. They both went above and beyond. Their customer service is truly heart felt they care, they help and, understand what your in need of. If your looking for good customer service, well this is truly phenomenal. I would recommend this store to anyone.
