These people were so incredibly amazing! I needed a new boxspring and not only did they make sure I got what I needed, but they also loaded it up for me and were so friendly! I highly recommend them. A reminder that locally owned is always the best route! I’ll never do business anywhere else.
Professional, helpful sales person, Brian. Purchased new living room furniture including: Ashley dual electric reclining sofa, electric rocker recliner, 3 side tables with electric and USB outlets, bookcase, and sofa table. Order came in in a very short turnaround time. Delivery was impeccable. This business is locally owned and has the one location. They offer brand named furniture at a reasonable price. (They beat the Ashley store) If you are looking for new furniture or a new appliance, go to Family Home and ask for Brian or Robert.
Customer service was great. There was a little confusion on delivery, but it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Prices were fantastic.
If you’re looking for furniture to appliances, this is the place to go. You Great customer service. Mr.Brian is fantastic! He’s honest and knew exactly what kind of mattress I needed. Everything arrived on time just like he said it would. I purchased bed, mattress and whirlpool washer/dryer. And I’m in love with all of it. YOU WILL NOT find another store that can beat these prices. And plus free delivery. Other places wanted to charge $399 delivery. And if they don’t have something on the site, it doesn’t mean they can’t get it. Just show them a picture. This is the best furniture place EVER. The prices are phenomenal! They’re not like most furniture places, trying to sell you the highest stuff they have, they show you what fits your budget and needs ♥️ ❤️ The delivery guys are fantastic also.
