If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst company to work with. I went into the hospital before new years and I explained to them I would be out of work due to a surgery. And they still ask me how can I pay. I let them know that they can come get the table due to me not bringing any income in. They came to pick up the furniture two months ago. I get a letter that I owe them after the fact they got their furniture back. They to high and I will not recommend anyone to them. The wort service I have ever gotten. With no compassion for people. Not including the lady that answers the phone had the nerves to question me what’s wrong with me. My health is private and that is none of buddy concerns.

If I could give them no stars I would, This is the worst place to get furniture. DON’T use buddy’s, they are very unprofessional, when I open my agreement I was told, if I can’t make a payment just Call they would move it and add a little fee which is completely fine. Well it came a day where I couldn’t make they payment, and I had a lady name “Renee” text my phone and said she was the regional manger, so I called and asked to speak with Renee, I was told “she’s out on leave” I said that’s weird cause I just got a text stating “This is Renee regional manger, I’m trying to touch base with you” mind you I was one day late. She proceed to say “well Renee isn’t here” I’m Monica I can help you. I said I wasn’t gonna be able to make my payment can I push it out till Monday, she then laughs and said “we don’t do that, either pay or we pick it up” Monica texted my phone impersonating a regional manger… I’ve never spoke to Renee ever cause unprofessional rude non helpful Monica won’t let you. They will literally CALL YOU 3 TIMES WHEN THE PAYMENT IS DUE. And send you 4 TEXT. If I’m late that’s one thing to call but the day of is ridiculous, and after this agreement I will never and I mean never ever purchased anything else from them, customer service is sloppy, rude, and also hateful make sure you keep every receipt.

The best decision I ever made was to walk into Buddy’s. I highly recommend renting customer, service was top tier. Everyone was so accommodating and prices are reasonable.

So unprofessional. I got furniture put in my mother’s name for her because when we went up there she didn’t have her id and other information with her but I did. When we signed the contract they were telling us “if you can’t make the payment on the due date just let us know and we will schedule another due date and charge you a late fee”. Then one time my mother was late maybe 2 days on a payment and there’s a lady who calls all day everyday about a payment. So I told her you can just add a late fee because I won’t have the payment until tmrw she begins huffing and puffing getting mad and saying “baby that’s not how we do thing a payment has to be made. So I handed the phone to my mother and my mom told her well that’s not what u guys said when we signed to get the furniture u said just let u guys know when a payment can be made. The lady ended up charging us a late fee …. Like why didn’t u just do that before I’m just doing what u guys told me and you’re getting mad at me. Make it make sense. She was being rude to me but not my mom she just thought she could say whatever to me because im young but she gave no attitude with my mom. They call u days before your payment is even due “saying oh just letting you know u have a payment coming up” Ok… the payment isn’t due yet so why are u even contacting me? Then the day of your payment they’re going to keep calling and calling and harassing you. You guys told us to keep you updated if we cant make a payment but then give me attitude when a payment is not made on the exact day so at this point just come get the furniture because you people are too much to deal with. 0/10 would Not recommend. Bad business. If u want to be harassed all day and have missed calls from random numbers that you don’t know then Buddys furniture is definitely the place. That’s why customers don’t stay because of the attitudes and the constant calling and getting mad.
