So far I have had a fantastic experience with their customer service. After delivering our items there was a few issues I called them and they fixed it immediately. The prices are also great I told them what I wanted to stay under price wise for payments and they was able to do just that.

I have been using Aarons for the better part of 15 years I have had many really great experiences with quite a few of the members of Aarons team and maybe 2-3 bad ones that Aarons was quick on the repair of the item or items

Everyone says to buy from the RAC but I went there and it was a huge disappointment. They didn't know their products, tried to lock us into something that we really didn't want and we would have had to buy additional equipment for our products to work. Had a bad feeling and left. Went to Aaron and we weren't in the store 5 minutes and we had two beautiful young ladies who not only helped us but actually knew what they were talking about when it came to what they were merchandising! (Unlike the other guys...and a HUGE plus for me personally!!). Had our products delivered today and had just as great an experience with the two gentlemen who delivered our products. They walked in, looked at where the hook ups were, knew exactly what parts they needed and were "Johnny on the spot". Polite, professional and just nice guys!! After loosing a child two months ago, embarking on a semi major purchase was a bit daunting. Aaron, from start to finish made this as seamless and enjoyable as it should be to make this decision. Thank you, both sales ladies and delivery gentlemen. I highly recommend Aaron if you are making a rent to own purchase. This is the store to go to!!
