In the beginning, my experience was great! The salesperson that had started my account was very helpful and he was also very knowledgeable (he was the store manager at the time). My merchandise was delivered 2 days late, but I am a very patient person, and I was okay with it. I have had the account with them as of 2 years this month and I just paid out my account. Since August of 2025, my account due date was changed without my knowledge. I was never set up for Autopay, but my card was charged multiple times on different due dates and I do have proof, which is why I always used a different card, and this is another reason why my account stayed late afterwards. I was told I was due on different days throughout the month by multiple employees there. Some (not all) of the employees could not even find my account it was 3 different occasions I have had to call the Baber's in Bay Minette to take my payment because they could not find my account and would not accept the payment. When I paid out today, the salesperson asked me if Baber's ever came to my resident which my answer was NO! I have 3 different ring cameras and my neighbor be at my house to help with my kids every day and none of them have ever came to my residence so why am I paying for them coming when they never did! Even when I was late, I was never over 7 days late! My experience in the beginning was great but overtime I hate I even came to Baber's! Should've just went elsewhere. When I spoke to the store manager on last month, I was told my payout was roughly $225, but when I paid out this morning it was over $300. I'm just glad I have finally paid them out and no longer have to worry about them.

My experience was great, the sells Lady was great at communicating she has great costumer service!! she definitely deserves a raise, Britteny Brown. Very sweet Women

The new guy in there is deceiving and rude says he called my references but he did not plus he never called me to let me no anything so bad experience all around now waiting on refund he says has been released. Received my money back today so thanks for that but I ended up going somewhere elsa.
