You get one star because I have to in order to leave a review. We walked around the store for twenty minutes before being acknowledged. A simple good morning would have been fine but you were too busy having conversations with your bud while on the clock while customers need you. We were about to leave after seeing the state of the furniture when a guy who says he also would be the one bringing furniture to our house came over to talk to us. He was nice but talked more about himself, his personal life, and others I don't know. I'm here for furniture dude. Don't care what your sister in law did. The guy needed soap and water and it was too early in the morning to smell that bad IN WINTER. Gross. When we walked out the door I told my spouse we need to go elsewhere because that stinky guy wasn't coming in our house and the state of the furniture was off-putting. I have good news!!! You can get way better furniture for a better price at Rooms To Go in Huntsville. They're professional. They greet you when you enter the door. We're getting a new bed that moves to adjust to your comfort delivered tomorrow and it's way better and cheaper than anything at Aaron's.

About two weeks ago I went and got a PlayStation five and now they’re accusing my boyfriend of stealing something from the GM’s office and then it turned out to be the worker🤬🤬🤬🤬 never rent anything from them again

I've been using Aaron's for a long time now. My last contract with I hit paid off last December. I bought a new couch this time and the service was great as usual. Sandra knew exactly what I was looking for and took care of the paperwork really quickly.
Eric was absolutely amazing helping get the items I needed for my home. I've been a long time customer and have paid off several agreements with this particular store and I always have a great experience, but this was my first trip to the store. The store was clean and orderly and the staff members I seen all seemed friendly. Our refrigerator went out so it was an emergency situation. Eric made sure he got our delivery out the next day so my family could keep our food from spoiling. I appreciated his concern for the matter. Highly recommend. Delivery driver was also very kind and respectful and had great knowledge of the products and answered any questions.
