This is literally the worst place to rent from. They will call you and worry you every month on the day that your payment is due very early in morning. A person hasn’t even got out the bed or opened their eyes yet. I could see calling the next day if the payment is late and not received but they call the day of it’s due. I’m also not convinced I’ve been paying on a brand new mattress. All they did was cleaned it and re packaged it. When I first got the mattress I was already sinking in. It takes years to break in a mattress smh. Never again!

Mike Beasley is rude pompous and arrogant! When an arrangement is made between employee and customer, he does not follow through. There was an arrangement made between a customer and employee, and when the customer arrived to receive property and make arrangements for payment, and the arrangements were already made, nothing was brought or followed through because of Mike Beasley Due to his actions and how he handled This transaction he should be fired and someone with better quality should be hired!

I've been renting from Bestway for quite some. They have now furnished my living room, kitchen & laundry room. Dex is at this moment ordering a new refrigerator and looking for a bedroom set for us. I'm always pleased with the product. Beauty, style, durability. And PRICE! They work with you to make it convient.
If I could give this company 0 or negative stars, I would. The manager - Dex - is extremely unprofessional and rude beyond belief. I will be sure to call home office on him, and tell them how he likes to talk to potential customers and even strangers on the phone. When a person is calling in regards to business, A MANAGER should never be as hateful as he is to them. Won't be referring anyone to this establishment. 😊

So best Western just told me that after a year and a half of payments on my account, I would have to come in and set up a recurring payment plan with them. I have never missed a payment, nor have I ever been late. Since I don't always pay with the same debt/credit, or cash method it's gonna be real hard to make recurring payments. Plus this was never apart of my lease/rental agreement. When I did a rental agreement with this company, I could pay cash, debit, credit as long as they get their money. I do not recommend this company. I have never be late, not even one time, and I always get a reminder, plus a phone call to make a payment as if I pay late or something and now I'm being told I have to do recurring payments. Farmers Furniture, i will see you soon. This pays off in a couple months and I need a bedroom suit now.
