Customer service is just unbelievable. They think they can talk to a customer as they would there children . Not this mama . I’m just going to say this if they would realize the customers are the reason they have a job and get paid maybe they would change there demeanor towards there customers . Some just let there jobs go to there head . My experience has not been a good one . And I have read the ones that have had good experiences yayy for y’all . I guess it’s my attitude as well . No one stands above me except the good lord . And no one is ever going to talk down to me . I talk back .

If you are from gadsden dont waste your time or gas trying to rent from here because "she dont go down that mountain". I was in store with cash in hand and the ability to pay over the phone, she was very rude to me about the whole thing each question I asked was met with a side eye and an almost angry response. I must point out that I was not rude to this lady in any way at all. I understand people have bad days and maybe she was having a bad day today or sonething but it shouldn't have been taken out on me.

I ONLY shop BESTWAY because 9 out of 10 times they have what I want in the store. If it's not in the store, Jen makes sure she finds it for me. And then Tom delivers my item with professionalism. He also has good and funny humored. I've been dealing with BESTWAY for 10 YEARS or more. Thanks you guys for everything!!!!!

Amazing people at the Albertville location. They are friendly, kind. I have been renting through here for 2 years and when any personal issues have come up they have understood also when I am looking for something particular they have went out of there way to find it an get it to me. I deal with Jennifer most the time and she has been more than helpful to me and my families needs. I love them, and recommend you going there to get the things you need!!!!

I've been with Bestway for alot of years and still enjoy them working with me. Sometimes my paycheck doesn't go a long ways so they are willing to work with you just have to let them know about your circumstances not delay. I look forward to being a continue customer for many more years.

I love bestway. The prices are reasonably low and the employees answered every question I had. Payment plans are simple and easy to achieve. The delivery men are nice and respectful. Have purchased multiple things from Best Way and will continue to buy home products from them over other companies. Been a customer since 2022
