Rose Gonzalez was the one who helped me get what I was looking for. She helped me set up a new account. She was very nice and helpful. She made the experience easy and quick. The account set up only took about 5 minutes. I was in and out of the store with my electronic system within about 15 minutes. 100% satisfied. Thank you Rose!

It is always a pleasure to do business here. Price is fair, as long as you can pay for your items in time for the same as cash deal. Great friendly staff. Always willing to work with me when I'm late as long as I keep in contact with them. Love the Rent-A-Car in here.

I paid for 2 TV's only got one had to wait few days for another to arrive to big to carry out store, I haven't not paid every month but since don't get Paid but bi monthly I am giving back just like Aaron's store calls and drama would give 0 stars but Dalton only decent personal service guy rather just got to Walmart an buy stuff flat out. Waste of money and time

Staff here is ALWAYS so friendly and quick to help! Rose is seriously the best thing that has happen to this company! She truly cares about her customers and does everything she can to help! This is my favorite rental place in Rock Springs and I will definitely always come back!

Went here in need of some furniture. I was greeted by Rose. She was quick to ask what I needed and help me with the choices they offered. I was able to take my time choosing. Never rushed. Plus she ensured I got the best deal. I had alot of questions and she answered all of them. Thank you Rose for all your help!! I am definitely recommending this rent a center. Upon delivery of my furniture the team was great as well.
