Very experienced and knowledgeable salesman. Items found are very affordable. Deals to be had everywhere. Very accommodating for special requests. Payment system is very easy to use. Would recommend their subscription service. Very useful perks to be found.

I went to the store looking for a table, where I was helped by Steven, he was very professional and helpful. He was excellent at multitasking between helping multiple customers at the same time while still being very attentive to my needs. I would recommend anyone who goes to Aarons to ask for Steven's assistance as he is the Customer Account's Manager.

I love the fact they are so helpful but I don’t like the fact they blow up your phone at 8am if you don’t make your payment the day it’s due or the fact they show at your door the night of payment due date. I’m pretty good about talking to them but it’s so annoying getting harassed especially if the payment isn’t paid right on the day it’s due

I wish I could give them zero stars. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don’t understand how Ben still has a job after some of the rumors I’ve heard about him on rock springs community page. They can’t fix anything and it supposedly takes them over 4 months replace or help fix anything even though you said you’d pay out of pocket to fix it. Btw they still haven’t fixed it. but they can sure call you 20x a day for a payment you missed if you’ve only missed one payment the entire time you’ve been in business with them. I will never be doing business again with them once my things are paid off

I just want to say that Ben Smith has been the most wonderful to purchase from. He is never criticizing nor is he judgmental. He is ALWAYS professional. I’ve done the rent to own thing at a couple other places and it was like buying from a cheap used slum lord car salesman and when leaving I felt uneasy about my purchases , so with that being said because of how I felt walking away from Arron’s I will always buy what I need from Ben at the rock springs location. Thanks a bunch for being such an amazing store!!!!!
