Staff here is ALWAYS so friendly and quick to help! Rose is seriously the best thing that has happen to this company! She truly cares about her customers and does everything she can to help! This is my favorite rental place in Rock Springs and I will definitely always come back!

Ben the general manager is so awesome to deal with. I have bought two couch sets from him. I am paying off my bedroom set this month. Today I was in Riverton and came across a car hauler at the aarons there. Called Ben about it and 2hrs away by phone he made the sale happen today. I brought the car hauler HOME that I have been searching for today. He also made it possible for me to still pay for it with my old school ways of coming to see him every month and pay. The gal that helped in Riverton said she has worked there for a year and two months. She had never seen anything done like this before. She was very knowledgeable on the trailer gave me all the specs about it from memory. Her working with Ben is why I got the trailer. Their professionalism is what sold it. I could have bought anywhere I wanted to. But the way they helped me they have got a repeat customer. Ben is older so he has like a gen x sense of humor that I love because I am gen x. This was a hard thing for me to do because once again being of my generation you don't give compliments much.
